Twinlead Impedance

Compute impedance of a twinlead transmission line cable. It is assumed that the insulating material is completely surrounding the conductors to infinite distance. Velocity factor indicates reduction of wave propagation speed compared to speed of light and is only dependent on the insulator permittivity.
