This struggle has resulted in several videos. In order to reaplace my Kurzweil K2500 I spend an enormous amount of time to re-create the K2500 factory sound patches on the K2700. This was quite successful and is demoed in this final video:
Here is the AlaZawi converted from K2500 to K2700: alazawi.k27.zip. Download it, unzip it and load into K2700 using a USB thumbdrive etc.
My Yamaha DX-7 FDII can also be replaced by the K2700 as shown in the following comparison video. After this video I have further improved the match by tweaking some of the sounds that were "buzzing" on the K2700.
