Compute length of a belt running around two rollers, which may be of different diameters. Stretch factor may be around 2...10 % depending on desired tightness and flexibility of the belt. Belt diameter is the inner diameter of the belt when it is laid in a circle (some shops specify this measure when you buy a belt)
